Great read. It initially took me by surprise in that I wasn’t understanding what was going on at all. It’s an easy read and I finished it in an afternoon, but about 1/4th through it hit me. I was reading dreams. Now it makes sense why he’s talking about crazy things.
Dreams are very interesting to me, and I also finished another book this break, which I will write about in my next post. In it, it describes the unconscious mind, which is psychology taboo, or at least that’s the impression I get. Anyways, I’m not so quick to dismiss this kind of unconsciousness, based on the sheer amount of things we’re able to comprehend at one time. Like I’m typing on this screen, but my brain has to simultaneously read in data input about my surroundings and ignore it while I think about what I’m typing here.
Interesting.
Anyway, the book is a novel, with interludes I assumed were based on real history. I love Einstein, and I love to read books about him.
Give it a shot - it’s a good, quick read!

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a Trackbackyou need to let me read this book. dreams should not be dismissed as fiction but are important and have significant meaning in our lives. at least I think so. I’d like to hear what Einstein dreams about. I keep a dream journal as well (or have in the past, I haven’t written in it in a couple months)
